Internet use in Faroe Islands stood at 97.6% of the population in 2017, up by 2.5 percentage points from the previous available observation. Fixed broadband penetration was 34.6 subscriptions per 100 people, while mobile cellular penetration was 105.8 subscriptions per 100 people.
Based on comparable data for 2017, Faroe Islands ranked 15th of 213 economies by Internet use.
