Iceland International Trade in Goods and Services: Exports, Imports and Composition

This article presents Iceland's international trade in goods and services using balance-of-payments export and import indicators.

Goods exports from Iceland were valued at $7.40 billion in 2025, while service exports totaled $8.16 billion. Goods represented 47.6% of total exports and services accounted for 52.4%. Goods imports reached $10.41 billion, compared with service imports of $5.98 billion. The goods trade balance was -$3.01 billion, and the services trade balance was $2.19 billion.
